The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County), serving as the Economic Development District for Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties, is inviting public comment on the region’s current Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) goals and action plan through August 28, 2023.
To support the development of the 2023-2028 update to the CEDS, Tri-County is seeking input on the existing goals and action plan to learn how they can be improved, including what strategies and partners are missing and what we still need to work on as a region to achieve economic prosperity in the coming five years.
The action plan outlines strategies that can achieve the goals included in the CEDS and identifies partners that can help implement them. It also considers performance measures, which assist the region’s leaders and communities in measuring the success, completion, and/or status of accomplishing these strategies.
View the action plan here and submit comments at mitcrpc.org/public-comment.
