Request for Proposals: Marketing Collateral Consultant

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County) is issuing a Request for Proposals to procure ongoing, as-needed services of a professional firm to produce marketing collateral and deliverables and provide communications services that maximize the visibility of Tri-County’s work, improve and enhance the agency’s image, and engage, educate, and solicit feedback from a variety of audiences in the community.

 

Tri-County invites the submission of proposals from qualified and professional consulting firms that have experience creating diverse marketing collateral for organizations. This includes digital and print materials such as graphics, displays, brand products, and print media, and services for design, writing and media relations, community engagement, and social media best practices.

 

See the full RFP and detailed submission requirements here. Interested candidates must submit complete proposals to info@mitcrpc.org by 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. All questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted electronically to vsesi@mitcrpc.org by 4:30 p.m. EST (COB) on Friday, May 3, 2024. All submitted queries and formal responses will be shared publicly and made available on Tri-County's website on Monday, May 6, 2024. No verbal requests for information or contact with Tri-County staff will be accepted and may result in disqualification.

This RFP is not an offer to contract. Issuance of this RFP and the receipt of responses by Tri-County do not commit Tri-County to award a contract to any vendor.
