This public meeting is an opportunity for you to review and comment on proposed amendments to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is the region’s four-year capital improvements program for road projects, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit, and other transportation enhancements throughout Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. It includes lists of transportation projects proposed for 2020 through 2023 totaling more than $690 million of investment into the region’s transportation system.
The proposed amendments, which include changes to projects in the state’s Rebuilding Michigan program, a new public safety project for the Capital Area Transportation Authority, and changes to City of Lansing and Clinton County Road Commission projects, are available for public review and comment at mitcrpc.org/tip or may be viewed in the Board of Commissioners packet. If you wish to make a comment on any of the projects listed, our online public comment form is available 24/7 at mitcrpc.org/public-comment.
All other non-essential business originally planned to be considered and/or discussed at this meeting will be postponed for a Board meeting held at a later date.
For persons with hearing or speech disabilities, please dial 711 to utilize the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS). Our Commission Clerk, Sharee Fink, will be happy to assist with setting up your phone call 10 minutes prior to the meeting.
