The public is invited to attend a public meeting on May 1, 2019 to comment on environmental justice, air quality analysis, and project lists for the draft FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program for Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. Citizens are welcome to drop in at any time from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 5 - 6:30 p.m. at the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission office (3135 Pine Tree Rd, Suite 2C, Lansing, MI 48911).
This public meeting kicks off the two-week public comment period for these elements of the FY 2020-2023 TIP, which will run from May 1st through May 15th, after which comments will be considered and integrated into the draft document. The TIP is the region’s four-year capital improvements program for road projects, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit, and other transportation enhancements in Mid-Michigan’s Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties.
