The Greater Lansing Regional Committee for Stormwater Management (GLRC)  provides a forum for stormwater program managers to discuss challenges, share solutions, and collaboratively address MS4 Phase II permit requirements. The GLRC is guided by elected officers and an Executive Committee, which provide direction to the committee and Tri-County staff. Three subcommittees – the Public Education Plan Committee, the Total Maximum Daily Load Committee, and Illicit Discharge Elimination Program Committee – make recommendations and assist the GLRC membership in achieving permit compliance.
